Happy 2015!

Oh my, how time flies - it is already the end of January, and I'm still wondering where December went!
A few projects that were finished up towards the end of last year:

Chalk-board inspired, surprise party invitations.

Thank-you Post cards for Silvana & Walter's Gatsby wedding.
(How lovely is that photograph!)

Corporate Gift pack for Stefanutti Stocks, the design of boxes and CD Calendars as well.

End of Year Party Time

This time of year is always a flurry of activity - organising or attending year end functions, get-togethers, and trying to get the last crunch of work done before the December holiday bliss.

Year end function invitations for Stefanutti Stocks Structures.

Labeled and tied with string - ready to go.

Bunny's First Birthday

Last few weeks have been a flurry of planning and activity in preparation (and then recovery from ;) ) our little bunny's 1st brithday party. Our theme was bunnies, with a crisp white, creamy creams and lace, a few splashes of gold and a rustic touch of hessian.

I did little electronic invites that I mailed, mms'd or whatsapp'd to our guests.

Klein-Karoo in die Stad

These were quick and fun electronic invites & menus done for a family member's surprise party - the theme being "Klein-Karoo in die Stad".

Bond Girl

Invitation for a 007 themed party with custom laser design - the thank you cards were going to be little laser-cut guns; with the table names, all of which would have been the names of Bond films, similar to the invite.

Sadly the party didn't happen, but I still really like the invites and idea!

Pocket Invite

This is an elegant, more simple pocket invitation. Printed on the ever popular Curious Ice Silver paper, with a hint of silver shimmer, and the finishing touch - satin ribbon and a buckle.

Victorian Garden Set

This started out as a custom laser cut invite design for a very sweet bride, who knew exactly what she was looking for.

It has since turned into a very popular design - the table number looks particularly nice on the tables with the candle light playing through the laser design.

I also did a floor decal of the couple's initials for the dance floor.

Glitzy Gold & Purple Invites

Just finished up 50 invites of gold & purple, delivered over the weekend.

It was a project with a very short time limit, but everything worked out really well - and the bride was over the moon, which is always the aim!

Vintage Passport Invite with Gatsby Flair

These invites were so much fun to design :- an 8 page passport invitation with a dash of Gatsby; for a wedding held at Rovos Rail with the reception on one of their trains.

I'm still doing boarding passes that each guest will receive on entering the train, to tell them where they're seated - more photos coming soon!
